  • youthgroup

    		 The purpose of Youth Group is to make disciples of Jesus Christ through a caring, Christ-centred community. We provide a welcoming environment for high school youth to connect, experience and grow.

    We invite you to join us on Friday nights at 7:00pm to participate in a variety of activities including sports, crazy games and community service projects. Other events include youth retreats and concerts.

  • Bethel's College & Career group is designed for people in their twenties and late teens. The group is made up of a wide range of young adults including college & university students and young professionals. If you consider yourself either "college" or "career," join with others to serve Him because you love Him.

    College & Careers typically meets once each month to engage in a fun activity with peers and learn something new.

  		• Get connected and grow together in Christ!

    Small groups of 10-12 people meet weekly in homes on Wednesday and Thursday nights to study God's Word, pray and grow in relationship with each other and Jesus.

  • Connect 4: Come and meet women of all ages, enjoy treats with a cup of coffee and spend the evening in a variety of creative classes on Mondays at 7:00pm.

    Ladies Coffee Hour: A warm and welcoming atmosphere demonstrates the love of Christ through Bible teaching, testimonies, prayer, song and special interest features.

    Ladies Bible Study: Share, learn and grow through a more in-depth study of the Bible.

    Ladies Coffee Hour & Ladies Bible Study are held on alternate Wednesday mornings from 9:30 - 11:00am (nursery care is provided).

The College & Careers will babysit your children on Saturday, February 11th from 4:00 to 9:00pm at the chapel.

Children must be at least one year of age.
Please sign up in the foyer by Sunday, February 5th.

Let's Get Ready To Race!! Our Annual Racing Extravaganza Is Coming!

Date: Saturday, February 11th, 2012

Location: Bethel Bible Chapel, 686 Black Rd.

Doors Open: 9:00am - registration, weigh-in, and design judging of cars

Program Begins: 9:45am - free admission

Purchase your Awana Grand Prix car kit for $2.00 and get creative. Parents and clubbers, design your racing machines according to the size and weight specifications as outlined in the car kit. Then, match your gravity driving skills against the rest and experience a rip-roaring morning of fun and competition. Trophies and prizes will be awarded.

Race categories:
1. Ultimate Adventure (Grades 3/4)
2. Ultimate Challenge (Grades 5/6)
3. Trek (Grades 7/8), Leaders, Parents

Come and enjoy the fun...cheer on your favourite cars.

Note: Maximum car weight is 150 grams, height is 7 cm.  Also, very important that the bottom of the car be at least 1 cm from the bottom of the wheel - the cars are kept in their track by straddling a strip of wood down the race track.

Need help building your car?!?! Come out to the Awana Grand Prix Workshop on Saturday, January 28th, 2012 at Bethel from 9:00 to 11:00am. Transform your block of wood into a speed racing machine!
